A Message from Our New Owner

My Pilates journey started as a client at this studio. At the time, I was working full time in the University of Illinois' Department of Athletics. Changing careers and pursuing my certification took a lot of hard work, but I believed it was the right decision for me. Leading this studio is the realization of a dream that started with my career change, and I couldn't be more excited about helping others reach their goals through Pilates.

I was raised in Champaign-Urbana, and I'm proud to own a business that contributes to the local community. The studio does that through both community involvement and client satisfaction. Let's get started!!
